One of the most time-consuming stages in many production processes is machine setup.
This is especially noticeable in small and medium production runs. Depending on the process, this time can take up to several hours😱

One of our achievements is a system that assists with machine setup on a pipe expanding device🆕🆕🆕
☝️In this process, proper adjustment of the pipe feed is crucial. Doing this manually is very challenging in this case due to the need for highly precise mechanical adjustments and their verification, which also increases waste production.

By implementing a mechanical system designed by us in the machine and developing a control system, the time required for this task has been reduced from nearly 40 minutes to… 15 seconds. ❗️
