Digitization voucher

For the past six months, I have been working on my project, which will soon begin its implementation thanks to the funding received through the “Digital Voucher” competition conducted by PARP (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development), organized as a response by the European Union to the COVID-19 pandemic.
What is the goal of my project? 💡

The aim is to enhance the service capacity of the company by implementing remote servicing and modern automation device design services 💻🔧
As the applicant, within the project, I plan to increase the company’s capabilities to provide services through remote servicing and improve its design and organizational flexibility. Given the services provided, including supervision and maintenance of machines at client sites, the completed project will allow remote access to client resources upon their request for service activities (in many cases, on-site maintenance services are unable to perform necessary repairs independently).

This will enable:

🔹Faster actions to minimize the impact of machine downtime for the client,
🔹Quicker diagnosis of the causes of malfunctions, allowing the applicant to make accurate diagnoses and better prepare for on-site service activities,
🔹Remote execution of certain machine repairs through software modifications.
What benefits does the client receive through the implementation of this EU project by the applicant? 🇪🇺
🔹Prompt response from the service company, which can significantly reduce the downtime of malfunctioning production equipment.
🔹Reduced service costs by minimizing travel to the client. This is particularly important for clients located hundreds of kilometers away from the applicant’s headquarters.

The project also includes the purchase of equipment and software for performing engineering and mechanical projects, which were previously carried out using client resources. This will greatly accelerate work and foster the rapid development of my company 🔜📈
