With the New Year come new challenges and opportunities in the world of automation and robotics 🤖 We wish you and ourselves success and development in the new year, as well as stability in our personal lives. We don’t slow down, and at Amalus, new ideas and projects continue to emerge, which we strive to implement for our clients.

One of our latest projects is our proprietary 3D scanner. 🔬 By using Baumer’s laser profilometer, it is possible to scan objects directly in the production process. Our device allows for scanning consecutive profiles while moving the object in one direction.

As a result, we obtain a point cloud on which measurements can be performed, and the surface quality of the product can be examined. 💻 With the use of intelligent algorithms and powerful computational units, even mathematically complex measurements on large amounts of data are very fast, allowing for the examination of a greater number of products during production. 🔧

When creating a project from scratch, we have a lot of possibilities at the beginning of our collaboration with the client. The project’s assumptions are crucial, and if we have clearly defined goals, we follow them, suggesting optimal and unconventional solutions along the way, which contribute to improving quality control and production processes on the factory floor. We develop our own software, which enables us to tailor the device to the individual needs of each client.
